It seems that if I can get my weekly menu planned on Monday’s, along with a grocery list, there is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders for the rest of the week. Not to mention that dinner “planning” becomes nothing more than a quick glance at the calendar.
So here is a look at what I have going for this week:
Today: dinner out with my parents
Tuesday: Sweet & Sour Chicken and Fried Rice
Wednesday: Leftovers (Church night)
Thursday: My cousin is visiting and Mom is cooking Corned Beef for an early St. Patty’s day meal
Friday: Steaks (found in the freezer), Grilled Asparagus
Saturday: Spaghetti and Salad
Sunday: Day of Rest…Eat what you want, when you want it!
