Alrighty then…can I just say that I don’t like my weigh in day being Monday? Not fair at all. Weekends are killers! I go places and for the most part, I don’t cook. Eating responsibly is really tough and obviously something I need to work on.
This morning I weighed in and there was no change. But last Wednesday, I had lost 3 pounds. Hmmmm…seems I have a situation that I need to address. Putting it on the to do list for the upcoming weekend.
Now, let’s talk The Shred. This week brought a lot more endurance and by day 8 I felt ready to move onto level 2. Unfortunately I caught some sort of stomach bug that same day so I held off moving up until day 10.
Today was day 10.
I’d tell you all about it but I’m still out of breath.
From this morning.
Where I laid in a heap on my bedroom floor groaning and clutching my arms. Which led my 6 yr old to ask, “Does it hurt Mom?”
All I could muster was a whimper.
Now it’s all I can do to stay awake long enough to write this post. I am EXHAUSTED! But strangely, I am looking forward to working out with Jillian again in the morning.
