This morning Savannah and Emery talked nonstop about how excited they were to be going trick or treating tonight. Then, in the car on the way to preschool, I turned on the radio and through my speakers I heard “The First Noel”. Huh? Wha? Did I miss something???
I will spare my readers a post where I rant and rave about marketing Christmas in October. But seriously…”The First Noel”??? I called my sister who was probably in the shower getting ready for work and I left her a message, half laughing, half hysterical, but 100% appalled.
So in light of my morning it might seem unusual that I would post this:
A Christmas card.
But this is different. This is about a contest. Not China Made has an opportunity to win $25 toward your custom Christmas card order from Card My Christmas. And oh my goodness, those are some cute cards! Check ’em out and see if there’s one that you like. Contest ends November 5th!

When Chad’s alarm went off at 6:00, I thought I was dreaming because I was hearing “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas”
Thank You “THE FISH” for totally confusing me today!!!!

Me too! I was sitting in carpool line and “Hark the Herald” came on. Half listening, I was thinking, “Is this some kind of new song to the tune of the old one?” Then they played “The First Noel”. I turned the station. As much as I love Christmas music, I’m not ready for that! And their slogan was, “Time to trim the tree, and tick or treat.” Please tell me you’re kidding!
Me too! I turned the station immediately! I don’t even like Christmas music
starting the day after Thanksgiving! I’m not a scrooge, I’m working on Christmas
