I’ve been tagged for a meme by Angela. And thank goodness too because even though we have been busy almost every day for over a week, I can’t come up with anything to write about. I guess this is what they call “writers block”. Luckily, these authors persevered and a few made my list:
1. One book that changed your life ~ My Study Bible. Hands down. Without a doubt.
2. One book that you have read more than once ~ I don’t usually read novels more than once, but “Creative Correction” by Lisa Welchel is a great reference type book.
3. One book you would want on a deserted Island ~ “Battlefield of the Mind” by Joyce Meyer. I think I would really need it if I was stranded on an island.
4. One book that made you laugh ~ “If it’s Not One Thing it’s Your Mother” by Anita Renfroe. That’s the lady that made the funny video on youtube about all the things a mom says in a day sung to the William Tell Overture. She’s very enteraining.
5. One book that made you cry ~ “Feathers from my Nest” by Beth Moore. Fantastic book! I have given this book as a gift more than all other books combined. If you’ve never read it…please do…right now!
6. One book that you wish had been written ~ “How to House Train Your Puppy in Less Than 24 Hours”. :)
7. One book that you wish had never been written ~ I don’t know of one, but I would say that anything written with the intent of causing harm would top my list.
8. One book you are currently reading ~ “Raising Your Child to Love God” by Andrew Murray. I’ve been reading this book for some time now, but it’s got such wonderful scripture and truth for parents, that I am reading each chapter slowly, underlining tons of information, and letting it really soak in.
9. One book you have been meaning to read ~ “Shepherding a Child’s Heart” by Tedd Tripp and “Redeeming Love” by Francine Rivers

Thanks Jodi! That is a great list. You will love Redeeming Love when you get to it!
Happy New Year!
Blessings,
Angela
It’s not a book, but here’s a quick and easy way to potty train a puppy. The idea behind it is a dog will usually not soil their own bed.
You need a kennel. Right before bedtime take your puppy outside to do his business. When you come in immediatly put him in it. In the morning, the very first thing, take your puppy out to do his business.
We’ve used this approach with two dogs now and we have never had any trouble with indoor accidents.
Hope that helps.
Oh, and BTW…this is a great book list!
OK, I did mine but it’s not very exciting. Yours is great!

I LOVED Feathers From My Nest – one of my favorite books of all time! And yes, it made my cry too. In fact, within the first few pages.
