Fruit Inspection

I’ve had somewhat of a fascination with Crocs the past few years. I hear all these wonderful things about them. They are so comfortable and washable and people just have them in every color because they want to wear them all the time. Last year I planned to buy myself a pair, but when I tried them on, I didn’t like them. I wondered what all the fuss was about.

I do like them on kids however. I debated and debated about buying mine each a pair last summer. I even found some completely adorable Mickey Mouse ones, but with a $35 price tag, I just couldn’t justify it.

This year I ran across these and absolutely could not say no:

Are they the cutest things you’ve ever seen??? They are called Polliwalks and they come in everything from the ladybug and alligator you see above, to ducks and frogs. And the bottoms of them leave an animal “footprint” when they walk through water.

Savannah and Emery both love to wear them and I am a huge fan of how easily they clean up with soap and water. I’m kinda bummed that they do not make them in my size. Although shoes with eyes may not be quite as adorable on a 36 year old woman such as myself. Kids just get to have all the fun!!! :)
