I thought I had posted this fudge recipe before, but I can’t find it so I’ll post it now. I am preparing for our yearly Christmas Cookie bake on Monday with my mom and sister, and every year my list includes this super simple fudge!
Microwave Fudge
2 (12 oz) packages MILK chocolate chips
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 stick margarine
chopped nuts (optional)
Mix first 3 ingredients and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Stir. Cook another 2-3 minutes. Stir until creamy. Add nuts if desired. Pour into buttered 9×9 pan and refrigerate until firm.
It doesn’t get any easier than that People!
You’re welcome!

OH JUST HUSH NOW! I have every one of these ingredients in my pantry! (okay, I just typed “panty” and corrected it and then giggled like the 7 year old that I am)
I will be raiding my PANTRY and giving this a try! Thank you!
Does this work with bittersweet chocolate chips? Because I love me some dark chocolate.
You have posted it–on your recipe blog…did you have to post it again??? I’d forgotten about it for the most part, now I have a fudge craving!!!
And yes, I can vouch that this is WONDERFUL fudge…here’s hoping I don’t have all the stuff in the pantry!! :-)
