Exodus 4:13 “But Moses said, ‘Oh Lord, please send someone else to do it’.”
I can relate to Moses here. Most times I do not have confidence in myself. But really, what it boils down to, is doubting God. An unbelief that He has chosen the wrong person or a distrust that He can use me. I must have faith and submit to being used as a vessel.
